Appraisals & Free Consultations.
Via an in-person site visit Chris or Tom will help you evaluate the feasibility of a project - assessing your ideas and the likelihood of gaining any permissions that maybe required. Establishing strong relationships with other Consultants, we often collaborate and use their expertise during this stage to help achieve a problem-free project for our clients.
Design Brief.
We will ask all our clients for a Design brief which will serve as a clients wish list for their project, these are paramount to the success of any given project.
Concept Design.
Upon agreeing a brief, our team will produce a design for your approval. This will be the start of design process between ourselves and you as a client.
Full Design Drawings.
These would normally be produced in 3D and we can provide sketches and for certain project fully rendered realistic views of any design along with Plans. Elevations, Site Location Plans etc.
Land Registry Drawings.
Land registry documents are produced in line with solicitor requirements. These documents are necessary for almost every other property or land related transaction, such as sale & purchase, transfer of ownership etc.
