Construction Drawings.
Where required, RA Design will produce construction drawings which will cover all details, schedules and other relevant information required by a contractor to construct the build. Liaising with other professionals, including engineers, surveyors, consultants and manufactures to help with problem free build.
Tender/ Builders quotes.
The plans and drawings we produce can be used as a full tender package or for smaller projects sent to a number of contractors to obtain quotes, these tenders/quotes allows us to report back to our clients with our advice and recommendations on the best way forward.
Contract Administration/ Overseeing.
As a Qualified Chartered Member of CIAT & MCABE we have a vast experience in overseeing projects on site, maintaining an on-site presence at the various stages of development, we act as the main point of contact between our clients and third parties, ensuring builds are taking place in line with the drawings supplied.
Professional Consultants Certificates.
Here at RA Design we offer Professional Consultancy Certificates often known as (PCC's). They provide the reassurance that construction work has been carried out in a way that is compliant with Building Regulations and any contractual instructions for the purposes of securing a mortgage on a property.
