This was a bungalow with a bedroom in the roof with very little headroom. After consultation with the clients it was decided to raise the roof of the property and convert it to 2 dwellings of contemporary design. This would take full advantage of the fantastic views across St Ives Harbour.
The existing farmhouse which has just been completely renovated has 3 separate detached barns forming a courtyard. The design included 3 extensions to link the barns with the farmhouse one being a contemporary swimming pool link. Planning approved May 2012
