This project included the renovation of 3 redundant Listed Barns in Townshend, Hayle.
The barns were unused and had been for a number of years, we advised the client to submit a full planning application for the conversion to three Residential units.
The buildings comprised of one 2 storey building which was converted to two 3 bed-roomed dwellings along with a redundant single storey pig barn which was converted to a 2 bed-roomed dwelling.
This application involved extensive consultation with the planning Department and Conservation Officer along with the need to have a Archaeological report carried out.
The approval was granted in September 2010.
